To answer Paolo - the wireless device did show up and appeared to be
usable if I blacklisted bcma on the kernel commandline. Trying to use
'blacklist bcma' in modprobe.d/ did not work.

When users press the speaker mute hotkey and the speaker is muted,
the speaker mute LED indicator will light up.
