Bug description:
  Hi,

  Lunar, 525.105.17

I get a very very very slow boot using dynamic graphics in my Lenovo Legion
5i pro i7/3070 Ti.
  Using discrete graphics is ok.
Using Nouveau with hybrid graphics is ok.

After some research, it seems the culprit is:

  Failed to start systemd-backlight@backlight:nvidia_0.service -
Load/Save Screen Backlight Brightness of backlight:nvidia_0.

  systemd blame:

  1min 34.046s plymouth-quit-wait.service
  1min 30.278s gpu-manager.service
