PageView::capability() did not call methods on d->ptr until commit

The crash occurs after ~FilePrinterPreview finishes, while unwinding

Hooks into font rendering (doesn't hook hardware accelerated) and replaces with
Freetype for smoother Mac-like appearance.

I'm using regular 2.9.10, but it identifies itself as 2.9.9. I originally
installed 2.9.9.1, upgraded, then un/reinstalled, and it still thinks it's
2.9.9. That is another bug.
