Add "About KDE" to Main Toolbar <okular_shell>. 3. Press Apply, which creates ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/shell.rc. Editing ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/okular/shell.rc and removing noMerge="1" fixes this issue. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 18.04 (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.7 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.44.0 Qt Version: 5.9.5 -------- I installed Flatpak Okular 1.7.0, as a comparison.
