When I install kdenlive 19.12.1 for all users (C:\Program Files\kdenlive) and
launch kdenlive, it fails to start, instead producing the following error:

Not just rendering fails, but starting the program at all doesn't work.

Adding qt.conf (https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=124624) to \bin\ fixes
the issue.

Where is this issue and workaround documented in the manual? I tried searching
for qt.conf in the KDE wiki
(https://userbase.kde.org/index.php?search=qt.conf&title=Special%3ASearch) with
no results. I don't see qt.conf mentioned in
https://userbase.kde.org/Kdenlive/Manual either.
