I just tested it on X11 and the inconsistent, weird reordering behavior is

Well coredumpctl doesn’t list systemsettings, I suppose because it’s just a
freeze, not a crash. Note that it stays at 12~13% CPU usage and used memory
doesn’t change. It just stops responding and the only way to quit
