SUMMARY

When trying to select a tab on the tab bar, there is a 1 pixel dead zone
between the tab and the border of the screen.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure Plasma to not have a panel on the bottom of the screen.
2. Configure Konsole to have the tab bar at the bottom of the window.
3. Maximize Konsole and try to click on a tab by going at the very bottom of
the screen

OR

1. Configure Plasma to not have a panel on the bottom of the screen.
2. Configure KWin to hide window decoration for maximized window (add
`BorderlessMaximizedWindows=true` in `[Windows]` section of `~/.config/kwinrc`)
3. Configure Konsole to have the tab bar at the top of the window.
4. Hide the menu bar (e.g. with Ctrl+Shift+M)
5. Maximize Konsole and try to click on a tab by going at the very top of the
screen

OBSERVED RESULT
Click doesn’t do anything, there’s a useless 1 pixel dead zone.

EXPECTED RESULT
Click select the targeted tab.
