SUMMARY
In the import wizard, clicking on the Help button opens a web page that say:
Not found.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KGpg for the time
2. Click the help button
OBSERVED RESULT
It opens
https://docs.kde.org/index.php?branch=stable5&language=en_US&application=kgpg&path=/kgpg/index.html
which redirects to
https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdeutils/kgpg//kgpg/index.html
EXPECTED RESULT
It opens
https://docs.kde.org/index.php?branch=stable5&language=en_US&application=kgpg&path=/
which redirects to
https://docs.kde.org/stable5/en/kdeutils/kgpg//
like in the Help menu item found in the main KGpg window.
