Greetings,
I have noticed some strange behavior with the way Cyrus interacts with
the Synchronous bit on Ext2 filesystems. This may or may not be a
problem. I am not sure. I am looking for some help or advice.

Hello,
I have been trying for the past while to successfully use Outlook Express with
Cyrus.
The main problem I've run into is the message synchronization in Outlook.
No matter whether it's set to synchronize all messages, new messages only, or

Is so, does any

I would have to have the LDAP on another computer, and this would duplicate
the account logon we already have.

I dug through the list archives and didn't see mention of this. If I set the
synchronization mode for Inbox to "headers only", I run into a weird timing
situation where when I try to download the message I get an error saying
that the message is no longer available on the server. It is then marked
Use SASL with ldap authentication. Then set up alumni without the posix
objectclass (just account w/ uid and userpassword I think) and the other
users with full posix capabilities. If you add the sambaobjectclass as
well, and configure a samba-ldap server to use the same server, you got
