Remove the econf call in linux-mod_src_compile as it is
deprecated in later versions of EAPI. There is no current use
of this functionality in the official gentoo repo and will close
a 12 year old bug.

for now on is change our stabilization procedure for kernels to include
opening up a bug to stabilize the corresponding linux-docs version.
So going forward, you can exclude this and hopefully we'll do a better job of
keeping this package stable.

I'm planning to request the stabling of gentoo-sources-2.6.30 on July
22nd, 1 week from now. We have no known regressions in the kernel.
Regressions in external packages in the stable tree are tracked in bug
#277944. If any arise, please make every effort to fix these.
