Hi everyone,
I want to call a VOTE to accept BifroMQ into the Apache Incubator.
The proposal is:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/INCUBATOR/BifroMQ+Proposal
And the discussion:

There will be a later follow-up discussion
I can feel the pain of changing the project name; the name search
process is light.
It's up to the champion to help the potential podling projects address
those problems before graduation.
How about we put it into Champion's checklist but not the bar for
entering the incubator?
By the way, we don'
Thank you, Stefan!
Great to get that on the record. Plus, I love hearing projects’ origin stories.
Good luck in incubation!

- the team it was originally built for was the F.E.D. (forecasting
estimation and demand team) --> Alexander Hamilton created the Federal
reserve, or "FED" for short.
- the team was modeling the world, i.e. the business -> Ha

That was my concern as well, and the wording has been changed to reflect that.
i.e. Podlings are encouraged to do this before entering teh Incubator, but they
don’t have to

While that is generally the case, just because a company paid for code, does
not always mean they own the copyri
It doesn’t affect their entry into the Incubator, but I am curious what
motivated the names ‘Hamilton’ and ‘Burr’.
Especially when our history books and broadway musicals tell us that the one

a rename overall).
Thus, considering the downside and the lightweight n
