For some reason, K3b will not write multisession CDs or DVDs.
Wodim appears to write multiple tracks with
wodim -v -multi -data speed=2 dev=/dev/hdc trackx.cd
but on mounting the CD, only track 1 is found/read.
I am using etch distribution. Transcode refuses to install because of libmagick6
dependency (libmagick6 is not available).
Transcode is coming from
deb ftp://ftp.nerim.net/debian-marillat/ etch main
Help appreciated.

After upgrading to kernel 2.6.7, my system does not bring up the lilo or grub

I guess my question is: Is there a way I can find out how the MBR is
configured?

I upgraded the kernel to 2.6.7, and successfully booted with the new kernel

However, I had to compile the kernel again, to include some additional support.
I cannot
boot after compiling and installing the kernel the second time. I received a

I faced the same problem. You have to enable DHCP in the kernel. Say Y

I upgraded to kernel 2.4.20 and to Xfree86-4.3.0 When I startx I get
blank screen for a while and the system returns to console with two
errors:
1. No DFP detected
2. No core pointer
The var/log/XFree86.0.log and XF86Config-4 files are pasted below.
Please help.

/var/log/XFree86.0.
Where do I find options for config_socket and config_filter in kernel
