Hi
Trying to install a downloaded evaluation copy of Win4Lin
on my debian system version 2.2.17...
The script install-win4lin.sh runs through OK until it needs
to install the rpm package Win4Lin-5.1.0ga-1.i386.rpm...

Wayne,
Didn't see a response to your mail. The kde address doesn't look
correct either (what is it?). This sounds like a qt issue my friend
had not very long ago (2-3weeks). Try to start kde2 without a manager
so you can read the errors and see if that is the case. I am subscribed

Hello,
apt-get install aumix
Run aumix and set your volume in console mode, or an xterm.

Check your connections to the sound card. start playing your
music with high volume and go from one jack to the next until
you discover your SPEAKER jack. IIRC the sb16 didn't ind

Can anyone help me configure the correct files to allow me to use my cable

I'm pretty sure it's because glide3 is still in unstable. To use
acceleration with X4 you need glide3. I'm assuming you're running
testing, though.
