unstable/testing and that the patch for unstable works.

ifdown gets stuck waiting for
dhclient -6 -r -pf /run/dhclient6.eth0.pid -lf
/var/lib/dhcp/dhclient6.eth0.leases eth0
to complete, which it never does. Even running that command directly
