Update: it appears that the deja-dup monitor is not launched automaticall
at log-in. When started manually, it schedules back-ups as expected.
The monitor (Déjà Dup Monitor) is registered under Startup Applications in
gnome tweak tool.

This FTBFS is due to incorrect arguments being passed to monodocer. The attached
patch fixes this.
In the process, it also updates the build-depends, as libmysql5.0-cil is no
longer available and replaced by libmysql6.0-cil
