Thanks for reporting the bug Yaroslav.
I attached a patch for debian/rules so that specifying "debug",
"noopt" in DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS will configure the source code with
--enable-debug, --disable-optimize respectively.
Commands such as

Hi Sebastian,
I have not heard from you regarding this #470567 texmacs segfaults on
loading a file bug. Should I assume that the bug is fixed in latest
versions? Currently sid has texmacs 1.0.7.2-1. If you still see
crashing problems, send us a test case or this bug will be marked
fixed.

Thanks for reporting the bug.

I have not seen this error before. FYI, I do not have the unknown.ps
file on my system.
$ ls /usr/share/texmacs/TeXmacs/misc/pixmaps/unknown.ps
ls: /usr
I was going through the bugs on texmacs package. According to the
upstream bug tracker
https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?func=detailitem&item_id=10540 this bug
was fixed since texmacs 1.0.4-R3. If there are no objections from
anyone, I would like to close this bug.

Is there any transition plan given somewhere? The package description
at http://packages.debian.org/sid/xbase-clients only mentions that the
programs in xbase-clients have been split into smaller packages. But

The man page tells that svn-inject accepts an option such as
