ugh `gnutls-algorithm-priority' to what works for you; for example "SECURE256:-VERS-SSL3.0". I'd rather wait for the final decision from the GnuTLS maintainer than change the Emacs default. If you're using the external s_client, you need to customize its invocation accordingly.

The full fix for this is now available in the git repo on sourceforge. http://sourceforge.net/projects/acpid2/ It now expands the connection list in increments of 20 connections as needed up to 1024. add_connection() also has better error handling, so problems in there will now be logged.
