There are a few reasons that my build configuration might trigger build dependencies that don't normally. I'll try this again after the next time I update the local repository and see if the problem persists.
I increment a package version before I build a local version, and this may be the cause. I will start sending build logs in the future because I've been really foolish not to. -- -Theodoric
