Dear Maintainer,
I've upgraded from Buster to Bullseye and my external drive array using an LSI
SAS2116 chipset (and the mpt3sas driver) stopped detecting all drives. There
were no error
I was able to fix the problem by re-installing the Python Twisted stack
that deluge uses from the repository:
apt-get install --reinstall python-twisted-bin python-twisted-core
python-twisted-web
