Steve, there was a single line at the end of the INI file to load
imap.so - I've removed it and the error goes away, and SquirrelMail
still functions normally. Thanks!

I'd say this points pretty clearly to a reference to imap.so in your php.ini
file, could you check for this? You really ought to drop that line if it's
