shuf appeared in coreutils 6.1 (2006-08-19) and is available under busybox.

A new version of the package is uploaded at mentors with the
following changes compared with the previous version uploaded:
* maintscript are simplified by using the cpsv tool from runit package
* README (explain how to use the package) is updated
* git VCS moved under my sa
