This appears to be due to the change from calling "debian/rules build" to
calling "debian/rules build-arch". The failure on the buildds in experimental
is the same. Running "dpkg-buildpackage -B" fails -- making the build-arch
target depend on the build target would be enough to solve this.
If the proposed patch is the same as was applied with 0.62.6-1ubuntu2,
then it broke me being able to use lintian in my sbuild. Here's the
