Actually, no illegal program is undetected. The (minor) bug is that GNAT
reports only one error instead of two.
If one line is commented out, GNAT correctly reports the problem for the

Issue comes from "CONFIG_LOCKUP_DETECTOR=y" (issue disappears when
unsetting it).

I confirmed the bug on a clean debian unstable distribution and also that the

I'm not aware of this bug having been manifest anywhere except here and
I can't progress it without further information from the submitter.
Since the package is working fine for almost everyone, I'm downgrading
this to "normal". It's certainly not release critical.
