Horde3 depends on php5 | php4 (>= 4.3.10).
The supported php version in current stable release it's php5 and php4 is not

calls into the Xkb extension.
I saw this bug today, and I've coded up what I think is a fix for the
XKB problem. It'll be in keybinder's github branch in a few days or
