Apparently iotop is incorrectly parsing the taskstats struct on arm,
and there was some changes recently in that area, so let's see if it
helps.

I can both reproduce the problem and successfully do backups as root using
dbus-launch (see previous comment). I think the best solution for this bug is
to document this in README.Debian.
