Coffeescript is usable both server-side and in browsers.

Please ship browser-friendly JavaScript file as package
libjs-coffeescript, and have it recommend libjavascript-common.

It also seems usable to provide coffeescript as Node library - i.e.
install not in own directory but below /usr/lib/nodejs. If this indeed
is beneficial (I am no Node expert), please use the package name
libnode-coffeescript as package name for that, to follow upcoming Debian
Node mini Policy.

You may find inspiration in this similar JavaScript+Node package:

git://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/less.js

E.g. the use of yui-compressor (beware that shipping the precompressed file is wrong due to it not being the true source (it is unsuitable for editing!), and how the naming of compressed vs. uncompressed files follow same naming style as most other libjs-* packages.
