Salut Aurélien, sorry for the late answer, but It seems, it was an error with the Server (Gentoo) of my old hoster. Now I have my own one running Debian/Lenny with proFTPd and it just works. However, under Lenny "gftp-gtk" crash all the time while trying to transfer multiple directories.
