Salut Aurélien, sorry for the late answer, but It seems, it was an error with the Server (Gentoo) of my old hoster. Now I have my own one running Debian/Lenny with proFTPd and it just works.
However, under Lenny "gftp-gtk" crash all the time while trying to transfer multiple directories... "coredumps" are availlable here: <http://www.tamay-dogan.net/coredumps/> Please choose one of the yougest ones.
