after adding "ehci_hcd" and "usbhid" to UNLOAD_MODULES_BEFORE_SUSPEND2DISK in /etc/powersave/sleep. issue was solved :-) one little thing... after resume, wireless internet is not working, although it seems to be running as reported by... ifconfig eth2, iwlist eth2 scan, route, iwconfig eth2.
