Package: python-central

Rationale: Causes install failures and FTBFS

The buildd log for choose-mirror for arm [1] shows:

On other arches, choose-mirror built without problems.

Aurelien Jarno managed to reproduce this error, so it's not just a bad
buildd. Not sure if the issue is limited to arm or not.
Aurelien plans to look into the issue this weekend.
