Hello,
This can be fixed by rebuilding Gwenview against KDE 3.4. It then makes use
of the trash:/ ioslave. When KDE 3.4 is uploaded to unstable, Gwenview will
also be rebuilt as part of the gcc 4.0 transition, so the problem should
then be solved.

Thanks for maintaining Debian's vim-gtk package. I
like it and use it.
I noticed that gvim occasionally hangs before
opening its X window. Pressing ^C doesn't kill the
process, but typing "kill " does.

Hi,
As discussed on irc, here is my new patch, sorry for misrepresenting the
import of it, and letting myself be carried away in my previous reply.

While it may be nice to have the bts deal sanely with a missing \n,
implementing this would block header filtering,[1] which is a much
more useful feature.
Tagging it wontfix; it may be closed later.

Hmm...given the amount of breakage this transition seems to be
causing, it might be worth creating a staging distribution for the
purpose of such transitions, so that -unstable
I uploaded at http://www.bofh.it/~md/debian/ an updated package which
should fix this bug.
Please let me know how it will work (without replying to everybody!).

Very interesting.

Hi,
kernel-package does not make symbolic links of config-$version;
dpkg does in the unpack phase. So, it is dpkg that does not seem to
support vfat.

Thanks.
Is there any reason why zlib must be linked statically? If not, you
should change this, even though it's not a security problem.
Package: libgle3
Package: xscreensaver-gl
These packages depend on xlibmesa-glu | libglu1 but should also allow
| libglu1c2
This since the new xorg packages only fulfil libglu1c2 (alternately,
libglu1-xorg could provide libglu1 i don't know enough to speak to
which is right)
What I can say is
package atlas3

retitle 315908 atlas3: FTBFS with gcc-4.0 [i386, amd64]

As I predicted, this bug is now causing atlas3 to fail to build on
i386 as well.

Package: kaffe
Version: 2:1.1.5-3

Hi,
kaffe is currently not installable because kaffe-jthreads and
kaffe-pthreads fail a dependency on libgmp3c2 instead of libgmp3.
It is a consequence of GCC 4.0 transition. See #311610 and
