2.6.8 kernel, until I realised that lo was down. Once I fixed this, ntpd ran

Its obvious that bitornado (and I would guess bittorrent, because they
share the same code-base) does not have signal handling support. I
typically use control-c or 'q' to quit a torrent and avoid sending
unnecessary signals to any program unless I know what they do ahead of

Now that I look some more, I wonder... are you changing the window
size when you are attaching? If so, this is a problem with the

I tried switching an ia64 with an existing debian sarge netboot system
on it (was using a hand-built nfsroot kernel) to using

My request would be satisfied if each of the 4 fakeroot manpages
included an ENVIRONMENT section which included both LD_LIBRARY_PATH
and LD_PRELOAD. That section should say something such as:
