The Qlogic drivers have been removed from the Debian-distributed kernels on purpose. They contain binary firmware code (microcode) without the corresponding source, which was deemed to be a violation of Gnu Public License and Debian Free Software Guidlines. For an extended discussion of the topic see bug 239952 [0]. If you require these drivers, you will have to build a custom kernel yourself.
