  Alain Bench gave you some useful hints as how to debug this.

  I can't reproduce. I run:

    $ env LC_ALL=fr_FR mutt -e 'set quit=ask-yes'

  I press 'q':

    Quitter Mutt ? ([oui]/non):

  I press 'o':

    Mutt quits.

  Please run this command:

    $ mutt -v | grep HAVE_LANGINFO_YESEXPR

 If it outputs "+HAVE_LANGINFO_YESEXPR" somewhere, it should work.

And don't get me wrong - I don't mind getting proven wrong. I change my
opinions the way some people change underwear. And I think that's ok.
