Hello fellow Archers,
I bought a new laptop that has NVMe ssd on it. I would like to install Arch
on that, is there any precautions that i need to take? Also i would like to
get feedback from Archers who already tried this.

I am planning to install Arch on a dual boot with windows 10. But i have
read online that on a dual boot with windows 10, the bootloader will
disappear after a windows update and can be cured only by using a live usb.
They say that it is for general linux dual boot and not specific t

I am moving from manjaro i3 to Arch now, already started customizing i3 to
my need. Has anyone seen how the "b-menu" in Manjaro i3 is?..it contains
bluetooth, network manger etc.. binded to mod+ctrl+b keys by default.

I am sorry if this is a repeated/dumb question. What exactly does the base
package have? I.e. if i install only base "pacstrap /mnt base", then what
stuff will i get in it?
Knowing this i can decide what stuff i have to install in addition.

i am using i3 wm with Polybar as my status bar. i created the currently
installed packages list using pacman's hook command.
when i try to do fresh installation, i can get only the packages that are
present in official Repos that doesnot include Polybar.
