ns+piper tandem on a Raspberry Pi with
some automated serial port detection. If it happens to work as I expect
it to, I will upload a plug-and-play image that transforms a cheap
Raspberry Pi device into a BNS speech synth that can be used with DOS
nor the cost factor.
With piper integration the speech quality is excellent. The cost factor
is the cost of a Raspberry Pi 3 device and a serial-to-USB cable. That
is, in theory, because I did not test it on real hardware yet.

Hardware PCs require a hardware BNS, obviously, but a cheap solution
could be to run emubns on a Raspberry Pi connected to the PC with a
USB-to-serial cable.

This commit changes the representation of iavf_32byte_rx_desc union
to store four __le64 fields (qw0, qw1, qw2, qw3) that represent
quad-words. Those quad-words will be then accessed by calling

idpf and iavf Intel drivers. Change the prefix from idpf_* to libeth_*
and move mentioned structs to libeth's rx.h header file.

See my first answer, I've run an experiment and the training went exactly
the same with both approaches (separate box per character or the same
line-box for all characters).
