Drag & Drop only work on Scid's icon on the Finder, D&D on Scid windows has not 
been implemented. That was a misunderstanding when I announced the integration 
with the Finder.

I can't reproduce this. PGN files are listed in the settings of the dialog of 
File:Open and I can select the files from there. It's even possible to 
restrict/extend the files available using the "enable" drop down menu on the 
bottom of the dialog.
