Yes Roy.
You already can run two engines.
In tools menu set the analyse engine 1, than set the analyse engine 2 and both engines will run simultaneosly. Yuo can consider each engine analysing for the side you prefer. You can see any engine "working" by pressin the tabs in the main window. In advance, you can lock any engine in a specific position and let the other engine goes on analysing the rest of the positions surfing the game in the notation window.
