That's good, both these licenses are GPL-compatible. However, the link in my
previous comment says, 'Except as otherwise noted'. Does that 'otherwise
noted' refer to an empty set?

In your files, the section titled 'copyright notice' contains both copyright
and license notices. Don't you think that's wrong?
