Thank you! Please make sure that all copyrightable files in your tarball have
[//savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/ valid copyright and license
notices]. Please note that even when the format of some binary files doesn't
have room for textual annotations, the copyright and copying permissions
should be stated in a README file in the same directory.

While at it: many files have duplicate license notices, first says, 'This
program and its source is distributed under the terms of the GNU Public
License version `3` and later.', then the form recommended in the GPL follows.
I suggest only using the second notice: it's carefully written by lawyers to
avoid possible misunderstandings and other issues. Additional notices are
redundant and may be a source of confusion.

Unfortunately, it still differs from the file on www.gnu.org; could you use an
exact copy?

Your package is [//www.gnu.org/philosophy/free-sw.html free software]. Your
users have to build it from its source in order to enjoy freedom 1 and freedom
3. Therefore we can't say that the users needn't install the compiler on
their machines.

Thank you, this is helpful.
