First, it seems to me that you don't distinguish clearly [//www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html copyright] and [//www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices.html license notices]. Those are different things. Second, it turns out that the Expat license [https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rust-lang/rust/refs/heads/main/COPYRIGHT is not the only license] used in Rust.
