6.2 comes with XFree86 3.3.6

Back when 6.2 was called rawhide I upgraded my X using the 3.3.6 rpms. I
had no problems that I can recall... if you aren't up to a full upgrade
maybe just upgrade X. There are also precompiled binaries available at:

ftp://ftp.xfree86.org/pub/XFree86/3.3.6/binaries/Linux-ix86-glibc21/

These are almost as easy to install as the rpms... actually easier if you
ask me... just have to read a really short README file.
