turn off the virus detection in the BIOS !!!!! scratch it, don't use
it , whatever.
They are dumb, and you will experience many errors because of this (unless
you never change things on your system) , from what you have posted the
alert would be because you installed Linux and the BIOS is seeing the
changed boot values
get a separate virus program for your NT system....
look for something called gag to manage your dual booting or an eqv. , I
can mail it off the list if not familiar with freshmeat etc
