I have the M590 m/board with the CMI8330/C3D onboard chip. It took a bit of work
but I have good sound. If you have this same chip, please reply and I'll mail my
isapnp.conf and conf.modules files with some destructions.

Many thanks for the X info - it's much better but I would like to use 16 bit
colour  if anyone knows how to do it.
