I think that I mostly agree with you, and the few things where I don't agree
I've already made clear in my posts, so there's no point burdening the list
with a restatement of them.
Now if we can just accomplish one of these:
1) Convince Neomagic to release programming information for their video
chipsets, which takes ZERO work on their part and opens them up to lots of
new customers.
2) Barring that, convince laptop makers to give Neomagic the finger and
switch to something fairly OPEN so Xfree86 supports it.
(Typed on a freakin' Micron XKE; the world's best damn laptop, but uses a
stinkin' Neomagic chipset.)
