Somewhat.  You still haven't clarified what "see" means, although I
expect that you're trying to see/browse SMB shares on the RH desktop
from your windows machines.

Your problem is that you haven't distinguished between the concepts of
"server" as a physical machine, and client/server applications.  Samba
is both a client/server suite of utilities, allowing you to both offer
shares via CIFS/SMB to other systems, and also to mount/browse other SMB
shares on Windows or other Samba "servers".

Once you realize this, you'll see that you also need to configure your
desktop as a "samba server".
