1) http://www.redhat.com/errata -- advisories from Red Hat

2) rpm --query --changelog --package kernel-2.4.20-18.9.i386.rpm | less

to get additional comments on kernel package modifications. Note,
though, that package changelogs can be incomplete.

3) get the kernel-2.4.20-18.9.src.rpm and compare its archive
contents with the 2.4.20-8 src.rpm. That way you would find
additional or changed patches.
