I was trying to figure out how to remove it from /etc/rc.d/rc5.d without deleting it. Glad you answered me just in time. Do you think I should try to mount the SMB filesytem or leave well enough alone? :-) Thanks Boot single user. Edit your /etc/fstab file and comment out the smb filesystems. Boot normally.
