mailpile is a mail client, it runs a local webserver to provide a webmail for only one user. It encrypts all data saved retrieved and make it easy to manage GPG keys
The executable is "mp", just type it to start mailpile, it will open the webpage in the web browser (this can be desactivated in the parameters once you are in the webmail). mp command runs a daemon in foreground mode, giving access to a shell allowing to work on your mails.
