gave this a (remote) test spin on my laptop and desktop via export DISPLAY=localhost:0 and running glxgears while watching radeontop in another tmux window; doesn't recognize the radeon in my laptop though does run and show output for one of the fields. laptop is i386 with x1400 (rv515 i think?) desktop is amd64 and radeon hd3650; shows as RV635 in radeon top and same 'test' as laptop with glxgears shows it updating all fields and bar graphs dancing around. gonna run this while playing a game at some point, might be interesting to see what gets dimed to the top of usage during slow points to see where bottlenecks are :) so in terms of it running and it not remotely crashing my machines for me, OK rfreeman@. wait for OKs from the others that suggested changes to port. -ryan
